Explore our accessibility report levels
Essential
At this level we'll do a basic overview of the course – looking at things like colour contrast, alt tags/ARIA labels. We'll use the Wave tool and offer tips and advice on how to remedy issues.
Advanced
This level includes everything in the Essential level, and:
More detail about any issues present – including hierarchies, multimedia aspects being accessible, basic test using one of the screen reader tools (NVDA, Windows Narrator, or JAWS). A more detailed report about issues, where they’re located and how to remedy them.
Ultimate
This level includes everything in Advanced and:
A full check using all screen reader tools and HTML code checking. A detailed report about issues, where they appear and what needs to be done to remedy them. We can check content to WCAG 2.1 (AAA) level, if required (additional charge may apply - POA).
Each report contains:

Executive summary
An overall synopsis of your course and how it has performed against the standards.

Issue grouping
We'll categorise and rate any issues found as being either a severe, moderate or low priority for fixing.

Details on what an identified issue is, where in the course it is located, and how it might be remedied.
